Indian practice, international training
Writ, service, recruitment, banking, land, trademark, data privacy and criminal matters, handled by a team that prepares every brief thoroughly.
The chamber is led by Ravindra Saini, who studied law at the University of Rajasthan (B.A. LL.B.) and completed an LL.M. in Newcastle, United Kingdom. That postgraduate training adds a comparative perspective to the chamber's research, drafting and advice.
The team includes an advocate who worked with the office of the Additional Advocate General from 2024 to 2026, representing the State of Rajasthan. That gives the chamber a close understanding of how government departments and recruitment bodies approach litigation. A computer science background in the team supports technology, trademark and DPDP Act work, and a liaison advocate in Barmer coordinates for clients in western Rajasthan.
